Dinkie Dynamo - Wedding Stationery Boutique

We strongly recommend that you order a sample in your chosen colour and design prior to placing an order, however, this is not compulsory. Samples are only available as Wedding Invitations and are charged at £3.00 each. We will credit up to 3 samples (£9.00) against your invoice if you decide to place an order. Please note that samples can take up to 3 weeks to make especially in our busier times.

Once you have chosen your design, you can place an order in one of the following ways:

  1. Through our website
  2. By post by printing off the order form
  3. By email
  4. By phone

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS FROM GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND.

You can download our order form to complete 'offline' if you wish to place your order by post.

When you are ready to place an order, we will require 50% (non-refundable if work has commenced on your order) of the total order as a deposit. Please ensure you have read our full terms and conditions prior to placing your order. We cannot start work on your order until we have received both the order information and the 50% deposit. You may pay by PayPal through our website, or by sending a cheque payable to Dinkie Dynamo. To avoid disappointment, please try to do this as soon as possible. We will ideally need 8 -12 weeks to complete your order from start to finish but please let us know if you would like your invitations urgently and we will see if we can slot it into our production schedule. Please note that if your are ordering your stationery less than 6 weeks before your wedding, we will require payment in full.

Upon receipt of your deposit and order information we will make a set of proofs in your chosen design and colour scheme including all your wording. On receiving your proofs you will need to check that everything meets with your approval and then you will sign and return them to us so that we can start work on your stationery. We understand that you will not have all of the information about your wedding when placing your initial order but please complete the order information as fully as possible. You can give us the remaining information ie. Order of Service, Menu, Place Names, Table Plan and Numbers a little closer to your wedding date (PLEASE SEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR DEADLINES/TIMESCALES). The remaining balance of 50% will be due 2 weeks before your agreed delivery date.

Please note re Order of Service/Day that 2 A4 pages (double sided) are included in the price. If you need extra pages each extra A4 double sided page will be charged at 35p per page per Order of Service/Day.

You can choose to have your order delivered by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Both options will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery is charged at £20.00 per despatch for Special Delivey and at £10.00 per despatch for Recorded Delivery. Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day delivery service which is also tracked and traced throughout the delivery process for added piece of mind. Recorded delivery is not a guaranteed next day service and is not tracked and traced. Both Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please note that each seperate delivery will be charged for and this will be either £20 or £10 depending on the delivery option you choose. Orders of £400 or over will receive one free Special Delivery despatch so it may be worthwhile ordering and receiving all your chosen items in one delivery rather than multiple deliveries. Please note that we are unable to accept orders from outside Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
